Minafon is a small, friendly, owners only caravan park. It’s located at the head of the beautiful Tanat Valley in the village of Llangynog, Mid Wales which is on the B4391 road from Llanfyllin to Bala. The park is just inside the village only a 5 minute walk from the centre which despite it’s small size is home to two pubs.
Comprised entirely of privately owned static caravans and consisting of only 18 plots with no touring area and no sub letting you can be certain Minafon is one of the most tranquil caravan parks around.
Enjoy the relaxing sounds of the River Tanat as it runs right through the park safe in the knowledge your peace is unlikely to be disturbed.
Nestling at the foot of Craig Rhiwarth, part of the Berwyn mountain range, there are fantastic opportunities for walking or cycling directly from the park. It’s also a great base for exploring the surrounding areas.
Nature is abundant in this area, bird watching and fishing are very popular here, with recent siting’s of otters and kingfishers on the river, your right in the middle of it.
