As a small, family-run business (just a husband and wife team), we operate without a large team of staff. This allows us to keep our site fees low and offer some of the most budget-friendly pitches you’ll find. Our annual site fees are around £2,000 per year, which includes rates, electric, and water – with no hidden extras.
We also do not impose an age limit on caravans, meaning you won’t face being forced to replace or remove your caravan after a certain number of years.
