Welcome to Our New Blog!
Hello!
Well this is all very new to us — we’re planning to start blogging! We’re going to share bits about what we’ve been up to, what’s going on in the area, and just about anything else we think might be of interest.
Why start a blog? There are a few reasons. Firstly, we want to keep our existing customers — who we very much value — up to date with everything happening at both Parc Farm & Minafon Caravan Park. While we speak to many of you regularly, we thought this would be another nice way of keeping everyone in the loop.
Secondly, it’s a great way of engaging with new and future customers, and apparently it also helps people find us online — which can only be a good thing! We’ll see how it goes…
What Have We Been Up To?
We opened both parks a couple of weeks ago now. We’ve had some nice days weather-wise, but it’s also been relatively wet (and very windy at times!). Despite that it has been lovely to see so many of you visiting your caravans, seasonal tourers, or just coming to pitch up for a couple of nights short stay on the touring area.
There have been a few changes to both parks while you’ve been away.
We have a new bin area at Parc Farm now. We haven’t actually taken a photo of the finished job but here is how things looked after we cleared the old hedge and fence which really needed replacing.
At Minafon we’ve removed 7 (yes seven) old static caravans so there are lots of pitches to fill there and we’re hoping to really try and give the place a boost this year with some other changes in the pipeline. We might be biased but we think it’s a beautiful little spot. More on that as the year goes on.
